Wild Sun return for a high energy night of rock at the Knick Music Lab with support from the Brad Bensko Band.
Rhode Island’s Wild Sun is a high energy alt rock trio with hook-laden songs and an electric live show. Formed in 2014, their debut album Little Truths was produced by Bryce Goggin (Pavement, Phish) and landed them in Top 100 Rotation for months on college radio and performances at CMJ Fest. The band played hundreds of shows in the following years, sharing the stage with bands like Eve6, Blitzen Trapper, The Wombats, Langhorne Slim, Rubblebucket and more. In 2016 they were featured on the Elliott Smith tribute album Say Yes! alongside artists like J Mascis, Waxahatchee, Julien Baker, and Amanda Palmer.
After taking a break in 2019, guitarist and singer Glenn Thomas, bassist Paul Fazio, and drummer Cameron Raubeson are back with their raucous live show and a new record on the way.
