The UNITED Table – A Tasting Journey Across Seven Fishes

Join us at the UNITED Table for a celebration of the Feast of the Seven Fishes, presented in partnership with Eating with the Ecosystem. This special event will focus on the rich history of the Italian-American tradition of the Feast of the Seven Fishes while promoting sustainable seafood practices. The event will feature a series of small bites celebrating the seven fishes, beginning with a raw bar. Guests will then be seated at two long tables with salad and bread at each and presented with five prepared small bites from some of the most celebrated chefs and restaurants in the region. Guest chefs will be announced soon. There will also be a cash bar. 

As we gather to honor this beloved holiday tradition, the evening will feature introductions of each dish by the chefs who prepare as well as video clips from area families sharing their personal histories and cultural significance of the Feast of the Seven Fishes within our local community. 

The UNITED Table series is a culinary entertainment series presented by the UNITED to celebrate the food we eat and the creative, hardworking people who take the care and thought in preparing and presenting that food, preserving its history, and filling our lives with the tastes, smells, and experiences that bring people together.
