Filmed By Bike

The UNITED and Mystic Cycle Centre, in partnership with Brumble Bikes, presents the Filmed By Bike film festival, an evening of 16 short films on biking, bike culture, the rugged road, and a shared passion for bikes. The program includes both the Filmed By Bike: Adventure Program and Filmed By Bike: Bike Love program.

Join us beginning at 6pm for an opening reception in the gallery with a bar at concessions (beer and wine), and then the films will kick off at 7pm starting with the Adventure Program which features 8 films of inspiring tales of adventure, struggle and triumph on the rugged road. These incredible films will wow audiences with their gorgeous cinematography and compelling stories. Appropriate for all ages.

After a brief intermission, the Bike Love Program will follow, featureing 8 films that are at once fun, inspiring, upbeat, heartfelt, important, diverse, and powerful. This diverse program of bike movies is perfect for an all-ages audience. The collection mingles extremely short films with a few heartfelt pieces that tell stories of how bicycles are changing lives.

All proceeds will benefit local non-profits: The United, Bike Stonington, and the Ledyard Middle School Bike Club.
