Cin Cin: An Exploration of Classic Italian Cocktails
As part of the 2026 SoupyFest series of events, the UNITED in partnership with the Dante Society of Westerly presents Anthony Caporale for a tasting and deep-dive into the evolution, ingredient history, and cultural significance of Italian cocktails.
Anthony Caporale is an award-winning mixology author and star of “The Imbible” series of long-running Off-Broadway musicals about the history of cocktails and spirits. Known throughout the beverage industry for his dynamic and entertaining talks, this veteran of the New York stage will guide you through the history of classic Italian drinks, including live demonstrations of how to craft them perfectly at home. You won’t want to miss this unique evening of fun, facts, and fables, all viewed through a liquid lens!
