Brewed with Purpose: An 860Kombucha Journey

Join us at the UNITED Table as the Yellow Farmhouse Education Center sits in conversation with David Brannan, founder and head brewer of Mystic’s own 860Kombucha, the first kombucha brewery in Eastern Connecticut. Learn about the history and art of Kombucha and 860’s partnerships with local farms where they source the fresh and ingredients that flavor their brews. Taste a seasonal kombucha brewed especially for this event.

The UNITED Table series is a new culinary entertainment series presented by The United Theatre to celebrate the food we eat and the creative, hardworking people who take the care and thought in preparing and presenting that food, preserving its history, and filling our lives with the tastes, smells, and experiences that bring people together.
